Our Story

Marmic was founded by a team of software engineers and business strategists who were frustrated with how generic enterprise software ignored the realities of African businesses. We had seen too many organisations buy expensive off-the-shelf systems that didn't fit their workflows, required painful customisation, and ultimately failed.

We set out to build software differently. We spend time understanding how each organisation actually works—the workflows, the pain points, the competitive advantages that matter. Then we build systems around that reality, not the other way around.

We work with hardware retailers, property managers, law firms, sports clubs and construction groups across Kenya. Every project has taught us more about African business, and every success has reinforced our core belief: software should serve the business, not constrain it.
